WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“To have levels of intimacy that fosters one to relax, believe, instill, and trust makes this one of the most amazing trainings I have ever attended.”
“This training motivated me to want to get my master’s degree. It motivated me to go home and ask my son what he wants to do with his life and how I can help him achieve his goals. It made me want to communicate better.”

ROBERT GREENLEAF
"Servant As Leader" Trailblazer
WHY DOES LEADERSHIP MATTER, AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO BUDDHISM?
The aim of Buddhism is to shape ourselves into the type of leader that can help others find maximum expression. By definition, the more that the individuals in a team, business, or family thrive, the more the group thrives. Buddhist theory and practice presents a "common sense" philosophical argument for why we should strive to become inspired leaders – and the techniques required in order to do so.
Moment by moment, we influence each other in thought, word, and action – for better or for worse. Great leadership has the power to determine the trajectory of our lives.

MORE LEADERSHIP, MORE PURPOSE
We don't exist in isolation. The quality of life that the individuals in our communities experience directly impacts our own. Therefore, if we want to experience the best life possible, it only makes sense to work to foster the health and prosperity of the individuals in our communities. The question is, "How?".
Leadership isn't just for business managers and politicians – it's a skill that everyone needs. By examining our relationship to one another and refining our vision, values, and performance, we naturally begin to experience a more peaceful, purposeful and fulfilling life – and inspire others to do the same.
